When you place an order, we receive and store the image files you’ve selected in our database. Those images are only used to print your orders. If needed - and with your agreement -, our Tech team can access those images if your order has an issue.

We keep these files in our system for 45 days. This way, if there’s any problem, we’re able to reprint your order without having to request you to re-submit it. After 45 days, we delete your image files and keep only the general details of your order: number, type of product, quantity, options selected, name, address, discount code and the amount paid.
