Once an order is submitted and paid, we can’t make any changes to it.
If you prefer, and your order hasn’t yet been transferred to our shipping warehouse, we can still cancel it with no charges to you. Send us a message as soon as you can with your request and don’t forget to mention the order ID! Note that if you’d like to place the same order with some changes afterwards, you’ll have to start your creation from scratch, as order creations are not saved in the app memory.
In the specific case you wish to change or correct your delivery address, we might still be able to open an exception. Drop us a line here with the delivery address you’d like us to consider and we’ll do our best to change it.
