Don’t worry, we’re right here for you! If your Piiics app seems to be bugging and not behaving as expected, we’ll do our best to tame it!
As a first resort, check if you’re using the latest version of the Piiics app. Go to the ‘Settings’ menu under ‘Profile’ and compare the version displayed with the one available in the App / Play Store. If it’s not the same, update your app to the most recent version and retry.
If the problem persists, send us a message explaining the error or the issue you’re facing in detail. Don’t forget to add a screenshot/screen-recording so we can better understand what’s happening. We’ll investigate and, if needed, reach out to our app developers to find a solution for you.
