Piiics picker can fetch images from your mobile device memory and from some cloud services you authorise us to access (such as Dropbox and iCloud). However, there are a few image formats that our app can’t process. As we’re unable to print these for you, we’ve removed them from the picker.
If you’re missing any images sent on Whatsapp, please try scrolling down to the bottom of the Whatsapp folder in the picker. Sometimes these images are not sorted chronologically but displayed at the beginning of the gallery instead.
