If you receive an error message when you try to pay, or the payment page gets stuck when you tap ‘Pay’, please verify if you’re using the latest version of the Piiics app. Go to the ‘Settings’ menu under ‘Profile’ and compare the version displayed with the one available in the App / Play Store. If it’s not the same, update your app to the most recent version and retry.

Double-check if your card is not yet expired and that it allows you to make international transactions on that amount.
