Delivery can take from 2 to 19 working days from the moment you place your order.
The variation depends on the shipping method chosen, destination country (FYI, we’re shipping out from France) and type of products ordered.
You can consult the estimated deadlines in the cart, on the shipping method selection screen, before you pay. These timeframes include the printing of your products (normally up to 6-7 days for printing and the remaining for shipping).
Piiics recommends tracked delivery as it’s faster and allows you to follow each step of your parcel. And if needed, we do have express delivery for those last-minute gifts!
If you’ve already ordered, you can consult your order’s estimated delivery dates under Profile -> “My orders”, or in any of the order emails we’ve sent you. If you have selected a tracked method, check the online tracking for more detailed information.
